Tafel: Legal and Human Resources Intern

***For College of Business Administration Students Only***

Job Summary:
Intern will assist the Business Affairs Department providing support for Human Resources and Legal functions. 

Responsibilities:
·        Assist with processing incoming correspondence related to workers compensation claims.
·        Assist with basic legal document management including drafting, proof reading, and storage.
·        Assist with basic legal research as requested.
·        Assist with administrative support functions including scanning, mail distribution, employment verifications, benefit mailing/audits, faxing, etc.
·        Assist with auditing employee information to insure data integrity.
·        Provide support with special projects.

Qualifications:
Required
·        Pursuing degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or Pre-Law
·        Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desired
·        Prior office support experience
·        Legal research experience
·        HR software knowledge
