Completely unusable! I've been trying for 2 hours now to get a video to work. Went through Chrome and as soon as I hit play on a video it freezes. Tried another browser and it wouldn't even load the page. Tried the app and got the video to play but it wont go full screen so its basically impossible to watch. It's a real shame because I'd even pay to watch this content if I were able too. I even reached out to them via Twitter with no luck.

I think it takes a lot of skill to make a app that crashes even more than your website (a lot). There's some good content on there, you need to invest on making it useable though if you want people to actually pay money to subscribe. I'm gonna go and try for about the 20th time to watch this documentary and see if it let's me see the video and hear the sound without crashing this time.
