Paratransit Transportation Services

PRT’s Paratransit service is for ADA-qualified persons in the Pocatello/Chubbuck area with physical, cognitive or visual disabilities who are functionally unable to independently use the PRT fixed route bus service either all of the time, temporarily or only under certain circumstances. Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Services

NEMT services are available to Medicaid eligible individuals who require transportation to Medicaid-covered medical services. Any participant on a full Medicaid program is eligible for transportation. For more information or to schedule a ride, contact MTM (1-877-503-1261) who is Idaho’s transportation broker responsible for coordinating NEMT trips.

Senior Citizen Area Agency on Aging Transportation Services

The Area Agency on Aging provides services for Idaho senior citizens 60 years and older with health or functional limitations which curtail their ability to drive. The program allows seniors to use PRT’s transportation services for (1) life-sustaining trips such as medical visits, shopping, banking and employment; and (2) quality of life trips which include recreational and social trips, community outings, and visits with family to reduce isolation and increase physical and social activity. Rural Transportation Services
