The purpose of this Bylaw is to amend the Checkout Bag Regulation Bylaw to exempt businesses from the obligation to charge fees for paper bags provided as part of a drive-through restaurant service and to clarify that the exemption from the bylaw under section 4(1)(c) applies to seafood.
