Comfy, compact, but retention not the best.

Hi quality!

I bought two of these holsters, This review is for the one I purchased for a friends HK. This holster turned out great; incredible fit, look and retention on the pistol. I also got an image lasered on the back and that looks incredible, better than I imagined. The holster feels solid and my friend said its a good fit. Seems different pistol models will lack retention but the one for the HK turned out incredibly well.

Great product. better than expected. Fit is so comfortable and has decreased my draw time.

I ordered a compact hybrid IWB holster, with claw.
The gun fits perfectly in the holster due to wrought kydex.
The trigger and the guard is completely covered by the holster, wich allows me to move freely with all safety.
The leather, in contact with the body, fits confortable.
It's slightly bulky, but with looser clothes it works.
Since I received it, I wear it everyday.

comfortable and practical - reholstering is easier due to the hybrid construction but not as comfortable as a "leather only"

I bought two of these holsters, This review is for the one I purchased for my Sig. While the quality of the holster feels high, it offers almost zero retention. The pistol will fall right out if you hold it upside down. Pretty certain running would be impossible while using this holster IWB. It is strange because the one I purchased for my friend came out perfectly with good retention and it is the same style, just for a different pistol. Still rating 4 stars since the other holsters I purchased for gifts came out very well but I figure its worth mentioning.

Quality is great and in my opinion best on the market. The concealment is also great; it really tucks it away and limits printing.
However, it is very uncomfortable with the sweat guard no matter what position I put it in. Side was best but printed the most, appendix printed the least but was impossible unless you are built with no stomach whatsoever. The sweat guard just digs into me because instead of doing a nice rounded sweat guard it is designed with a pointy end.
Staying on the subject of the sweat guard it also is too far forward compared to my Browning 1911 black label so it is not even fully covering the thumb safety which yes the 1911 has many safety features, but this is kind of not ideal having it flipped off while EDC.
As far as retention goes I am with everyone else if you can get past the constant digging of the sweat guard then the retention is not ideal as well at least when buying a kydex. At this point of retention I think I would have preferred a full leather with the claw attachment for better reduction in printing and comfort.
Don't get me wrong with the right gun and body type this is a perfect holster!

The Pros:
* It's solidly built. More durable than any of the other kydex-hybrid holsters I've had. There is minimal creaking when moving around, and the components have not loosened with time so far; zero wiggle between critical components. Finish on the leather and screws has not worn off.
* It actually fits my gun (CZ-75 Compact PCR).
* The "ride height" is optimal, and drawing from neutral and guarded standing stances is easy and consistent.

The Cons:
* The sweat guard I added cuts into my side (this is worn string side). I don't know whose idea it was to make the one piece of leather that's going to be leaned into constantly a stiff, double-layered, unbeveled square, but it's awful. Easily the worst part of it. Sitting or squatting requires either adjustment to the point of the gun sticking out (rendering it useless) or accepting the loss of X cubic centimeters of flesh being dug out of your belly. I couldn't imagine attempting to wear this holster at the appendix or 4-5-o'-clock position.
* Retention is on the level of "don't crawl or run". It's open top, rides high, and has no real way to set the retention tighter with a screw or anything. As such, it is permanently loose-fitting, and doesn't pass the "gravity test". Forget moving at any pace quicker than speed walking, and DO NOT attempt to crawl under or amble over obstacles with it. Your gun WILL bounce or fall out at some point.
* The open bottom of the holster allows for sweat and body heat to make its way onto your gun, rendering the sweat guard useless. I still have to wipe my CC down on hot or active nights. I will likely not use this in the summertime.

I'll keep using the holster because it fits my gun and few people make any sort of holster for the PCR. After all, I'm the fool who decided to go get a PCR instead of a P-01 like a normal person. But I am not satisfied with the product. I recommend another model of holster, with better retention and no sweat guard.

Totally UNSAFE!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! There is absolutely no retention on the pistol. When turned upside down the pistol falls right out of the “holster”. This is a huge issue given the $150 price tag. Trigger coverage and retention are a must in a good holster and this fails miserably. To add insult you can’t return items for a refund, you only get store credit “if Falco feels it’s worthy of one”. Well what if you don’t want anything else Falco sells? Needless to say I wasted $150.
