The new Demosphere mobile app is a one-stop communication tool for sports enthusiasts to stay on track during the season. Members can access teams, rosters, calendar events, game assignments, messaging tools and more!
It is important to note the Demosphere app is permission-based. For members to access the app, administrators first need to set permissions. Only teams with permissions turned on can be accessed from the app.
Benefits of the app include:
- Full integration with Demosphere’s sports management system, including teams, rosters, and schedules (practices, games, assignments and other events)
- Members will be able to use one app across all teams, sports and organizations that are partnered with Demosphere
- Access to households, profiles, registration orders and payments
- Branded look with team logo and colors
- Administrative control over which teams are visible on the app
- Messaging capabilities between admins, team staff, parents, players, and officials
- Referee/Game Official assignments and schedules

Referees: Shows detailed match assignment information, allows for accepting and declining assignments, and can sync to your phone's calendar, but doesn't have a function for inputting availability nor reporting the actual match... that's literally the most important function of an app such as this. Arbiter has them, Assignr has them, those are just 2 of many competing FREE apps the offer better functionality. Let's fix this please asap.

Thank you Drew for taking the time to provide your feedback. The mobile app is a free tool that has limited features for referees in its current form, however all of the web-based tools are mobile responsive so you should be able to accomplish what you need from any device. We have also added your feedback to our product request board for review.

Terrible. Downloaded, logged in, and all was good. Tried changing my profile picture and the app crashed. Opened it back up, and now the layout is all messed up. The settings button is tiny in the upper right hand corner. Really bad experience. I'd upload a picture of the messed up layout, but don't see an option.

Frustrating app. Love most of it but the messaging is basically non-functional. I get numerous notifications that I have a *MESSAGE (not a schedule change, practice, or anything else as my teams didn't use those)* but in the app nothing shows up. I even reinstalled the app and it's still the same. The messaging inbox shows the last message as almost two weeks ago yet I've gotten well over a dozen message notifications since then. *[]*<-- edits to clarify from the developer reply

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - we're happy to hear that you love most of what you're seeing. The notifications you're referring to are likely related to schedule changes, which are auto updated on the calendar. Chats show up on the team wall. We are soon rolling out a notification center, which should improve visibility.
