We look forward to seeing you and your girls!!  Each girl needs to have a permission form and a photography waiver. Links to access these forms are provided below. Please be sure all girls have these forms signed by a parent.

How many will need skates? We will can pre-order skate rentals.  If you know someone already has skates, then please tell us and we won't buy the rental.. If they happen to forget their skates, we can buy on that day. *

I will have a photo waiver to GFS-LA for each child I am bringing. *
The waiver can be downloaded from https://gfscalifornia.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/10GFS-Photo-Release-form.pdf   Note the photo waiver must be provided it to the leader to have on file for the year.
I will carry a permission slip for every child I am supervising who is attending this event without their parent/legal guardian. *
The permission form can be downloaded from https://gfscalifornia.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/11PermissionFormForOutings.pdf                                                                                                                                                               A permission form for this event must be completed by the guardian and given to the driver for the outing.
I will wear as mask at all times. If I am bringing children, I will ensure they will wear masks at all times.
