Nominations for the PRID Dr Ken Collins AO Award for Excellence in Rotary Service are now open, and will close on 16th October 15th November 2023.
Nominations should be submitted using the form below.
Your nomination should demonstrate:
- How you have provided a significant amount of service to the community, locally and/or internationally, across at least 3 avenues of service
- How you have served Rotary in a leadership capacity
Please upload:
- Your full Rotary CV (See PRID Ken Collins’ Rotary CV as an example)
- One or more references / endorsements, from your Rotary Club President and/or other Rotarians who have served Rotary in a leadership capacity
