Welcome to my site!  I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Center for Insurance Policy and Research (CIPR) of the NAIC (New York) and doing economic research and statistical analyses on health care/health insurance, capital markets (with a focus on infrastructure investment), and insurance industry macro-prudential. I got my Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Northeastern University in Dec 2018, where my field of study was Industrial Organization.  I have 5+ years of empirical research experiences in industrial organization, public policy, and applied micro/macro economics.  I am currently looking for a full-time economic research related position starting in 2020.  I'm interested in both abstract models of decision making and real-world economic applications. I seek to ask and answer interesting questions using the full economic/financial toolbox.

Prior to entering Northeastern University, I received a Master's degree in Applied Economics at Western Kentucky University.  I got my Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Zhongnan University of Economics & Law, in Wuhan, China
