The Global Leaders Academy is designed to expose Multilingual and Immigrant students to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) while helping them develop their leadership, language and other critical 21st century skills.

To ensure this is an enriching experience for students, we would be partnering with various Permanent Missions to the United Nations to understand how the UNSDGs are being addressed on the global stage. Specifically, the program will focus on UNSDG 2 (Zero Hunger), UNSDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being, and UNSDG 13 (Climate Action). The program will conclude with students developing and pitching community projects that address these Sustainable Development Goals within their community.
