Voters can submit more than one vote per day if they have multiple e-mail addresses and multiple devices. 

For example: johndoe@gmail.com on iphone, johndoe@yahoo.com on a tablet, and johndoe@att.net on a laptop would make 3 votes per day with 3 devices and 3 e-mail address.
