Our Recovery Rooms are spaces dedicated to Member recovery and movement: prehab, warmup, rehab, relaxation, and performance. GoodLife is the first Canadian fitness facility to have a dedicated fitness recovery program for Members. This innovative space has the latest tools and accessories for fast and enjoyable recovery including massage chairs, percussion guns, motorized rollers, and compression pants.
