FHS vs ALS

Friendswood High School senior Lily Hall, in partnership with FHS sponsor Carrie Yee, is holding a fundraiser for the ALS Association on Oct. 6 at FHS. She is going to have an “Ice Bucket Challenge” where 30 students from various organizations and team sports help raise support and awareness with their organizations. In return, the student body and many others in the community get to come to the Henry Winston Stadium, located at 702 Greenbriar, at 7 PM on Oct. 6 to watch them get dunked with a bucket of cold ice water. She is also raising money for the ALS Association Texas Chapter via a Go Fund Me account under the name FHS vs ALS. Her goal is to raise $15,000.
