Altenew Exotic Garden Stamps/Dies/Stencils/Embossing Folders Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello friends!
Warning: Super-heavy photo post

Welcome to Exotic Garden Release Blog Hop from Altenew!
I am super excited to share some cards and home decor projects with you.
If you arrive from my friend Keren Baker's blog, you are in the right place!

All the details about this blog hop, please visit Altenew Card Blog

Feature products #1: Simply Spring Stamp & Die Bundle, Dovetail Butterflies Stamp & Die Bundle

Altenew-Simply Spring Stamp & Die Bundle-Dovetail Butterflies Stamp & Die Bundle

This card is obviously packed with inky and die-cut goodness.  The Simply Spring Stamp & Die is
large enough to cover the entire A2 size card.

Thanks to the coordinating die, it was super easy to mount the stamped and inked panel to the card. Normally, I would just fussy cut the large image and save myself some money. However, this die has some intricate corners and spots that it is nearly impossible to cut everything precisely.

One of the butterflies from Dovetail Butterflies Stamp & Die Bundle was inserted into the flowers. This gives movement and interest. When you popped up the entire piece of die, it looks amazing!!

For this very vibrant design, I decided to use Watercolor Brush Markers to color the images.

Altenew-Tropical Jungle Stamp Set-Tropical Jungle Die Set-001

With the mix of watercolor, this image is beautiful and organic-much like the actual Tropical plant.
The last time I saw a plant like this was when we took a cruise in 2019.

To make this image stand out, I die cut a two more and stacked them up as one piece.

If you love butterflies, this is a must-have! The sizes of the butterflies are awesome.

Altenew-Dovetail Butterflies Stamp & Die Bundle-Linear Crossroads Die-003

For my design, I stamped a few colors in yellow, peach/coral and read/orange.

I stamped and clear-embossed one of the butterflies  and popped it up as the focal point.

Green is such a soothing and serene color. I decided to use predominantly in green for this stamp set.   I started with creating a watercolor background with Altenew Brush Markers.

Altenew-Sweet Ginkgo Stamp Set- Sweet Ginkgo Die Set-002

I then stamped the Ginkgo in various colors- light yellow and various greens.

I took the advantage of the dies and die cut the stamped pieces.

I like card #3, the one with the butterflies, not only because of the butterflies but also the color scheme of the card.

Holy Cow, girl. You've totally outdone yourself. Each card is so different and lovely, I can't pick a favorite...nor do I want to. You've hit the entire spectrum of florals, foliage and critters in such a spectacular way. What an eye-popping treat this post is.

Love all the beautiful colors in the cards. I am particularly drawn to the ginkgo card as I love the shape of the ginkgo leaf. Yes, green is such a comforting and serene color! The green color coming from the top of the card is such a neat look for the card. So many pretty cards on one stop on the hop!

Beautiful cards! My favorite was in the middle- the orange butterflies with the gold grid die cut. I just love how you colored the butterflies, with the lighter stamps on the white and the stronger, darker die cut butterfly in front. And of course, I am crazy about your craft cardstock choice. This is such an artistic card.

All your cards are beautiful! It feels like this is the year of the butterfly! My favorite is that first card...layers and soft and so pretty!

My favorites are the butterflies and the gingko cards. A very striking background for the leaves and the linear crossroads die made a perfect addition to the butterflies. Thanks for the great ideas on all your cards.
