Let's start out with that background. This kit comes with the 3D Embossing Folder. The size is rather large and will allow you to create any size of projects.
As you can see, I did a lot of detailed coloring/ink-blending on the flowers with the Detailed Blending Brushes and Ink Blending Tool (Small).
Next, I stamped and die cut large flower and leaves. I kept the color simple since the background is rather colorful.
Is that flower stunning with all that colorful background? I highly encourage you to try out your embossing folder and make it colorful with ink-blending.
I chose the sentiment "congratulations" as this is such a happy card.
