STAMPtember 2023 Blog Party

Welcome to the STAMPtember 2023 Blog Party! I took this card from a ruined background to some mixed media fun by changing up my thinking. Read to the end for a free gift code.

1. Stamp the Wonky Trapezoid Cling Stamp using Ocean Pawsitively Saturated Ink. spray the panel with Ocean Blue and Gold Two Tone Spray. Set aside to dry.

2. Die cut the Birthday Confetti Die three times from white cardstock. Blend on Citrine, Sherbet and Cherry Pawsitively Saturated Ink to one of the die cuts. Adhere together and splatter with gold watercolor.

3. Once panel is dry, use the Lined Arches stencil to add Hero Arts Gold Wax and splatter with gold watercolor. Let dry.

4. Cut panel to 4 x 5 1/4” and place on an A2 card base. Add sentiment and confetti (I did not layer up the confetti).

Simon Says Stamp has several different promotions happening during the blog party. How many can you find?

  1. Jennifer I really loved your card and the techniques you used. 1) variegated shading on the word die. 2) Hero Arts Gold wax going through a stencil. Thank you for your work in creating and sharing this card. Very Beautiful.

  2. Hi,
You’ve designed and created a beautiful card using so many techniques. The stamped background with spray paint, the stencil with gold wax, the letters with ombre blending and finishing it with confetti and gold splatter. Perfect.

  5. Wow, great card! Love the colors and especially like that big die you used. Using a big die sentiment on the front of a card is becoming a thing with me! Your card really did turn out fantastic! Thanks for sharing.

  7. You took three brand new products and mixed them together perfectly. They were made for each other. Great card !!
