Description
Coppercraft Distillery is an award-winning artisan spirits distiller based in Holland, Mich. Coppercraft creates premium, small-batch spirits by hand using local ingredients. The bar offers samples and retail bottles of all spirits - vodka, citrus vodka, gin, rum, applejack, bourbon, corn whiskey and rye whiskey - as well as hand-made, artisan cocktails.

Under the leadership of Head Chef Kelsey Winter-Troutwine and Head Distiller Walter Catton, Coppercraft's restaurant focuses on shared plates and entrees with bold flavors rooted in traditional American cuisine. Together, this experienced duo brings harmony to locally and seasonally inspired cuisine paired with hand-crafted cocktails.

“Our menu is very focused on local and seasonal ingredients with an emphasis on dishes that complement our cocktails and spirits,” said Winter-Troutwine, head chef. “Coppercraft is not only celebrating the relaunch of its product and bar today, but also introducing a new food experience for the lakeshore.”

After graduating from the Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island with a BA in Culinary Arts, Winter-Troutwine moved to Chicago where he spent six years working alongside highly revered chefs, many of who were alumni of famed Chicago chef, Charlie Trotter. His passion for local and seasonal products and approach to the new menu creates an ideal match for Coppercraft’s spirits.
