Westside Park

Redmond’s Westside Park renovation is now complete — a milestone commemorated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week.

The city now invites the community to enjoy the newly renovated park.

The new Westside Park has several new amenities and improved drainage to allow for year-long usage. A master planning process and community outreach resulted in the design and completion of the renovation. Westside Park now includes a quarter-mile ADA-accessible trail loop, a wooden picnic shelter, a multi-sport court, and a pickleball court. The park features a refurbished playground space that includes Redmond’s first zip line and other features.

“This is an exciting day as neighborhood parks provide a number of benefits to a community,” said Mayor Angela Birney in a city release.

Westside Park is now open to the public from dawn to dusk. It's located at 5810 156th Ave NE in Redmond’s Overlake neighborhood.
