To develop and promote the level of professionalism of culinary professionals within the Cape and Island areas. 

Efforts will be focused on the needs, education, legislative issues and opportunities that arise from being a culinary professional on Cape Cod. We will assist in the personal and professional growth of the local chef community to ensure it will operate in a world class manner and allow all committed chefs to flourish both personally and professionally.
