How much effort per week will this program require?
This will depend on how much you want to change in your current operations as once! You will identify many areas for improvement in the first step of this program and it is up to you what you plan to focus on first! The beauty of this program is you will learn the repeatable process of the SUS Method that can be applied time and time again! That all said, you should have no problem working through this program for one small part of your operations in 6 weeks if you dedicate 2-4hrs per week!
