About

Do you ever feel like there must be something MORE out there for you?

Are you stuck - not sure what steps to take to make a change?

I've been there, too. And I know how frustrating and disheartening it can be.

Feeling burned out and unmotivated. Always putting others first. Struggling to maintain boundaries or say "NO." Not knowing what actions to take to get unstuck.

I worked in mission-driven organizations with incredible colleagues and meaningful work, and still, I knew I needed to make a change.

Now my mission is to partner with people to consciously create the life and career you crave.

🌲 How do I accomplish this? 🌲

Through 1:1 coaching sessions (virtual OR in-person in Amsterdam) I work with individuals seeking support and guidance as they navigate life and professional transitions.

My approach enables you to:

- reconnect to your core values + create an energizing vision for your future
- identify the gaps where your current life or work is out of alignment with the above
- break patterns that hold you back + experiment with new actions
- re-write the story (including the messages from your inner critic) that keeps you stuck
- secure a partner to walk alongside you throughout the process

What you'll gain:

- increased confidence
- a roadmap to live and work in alignment with your values
- greater energy and fulfillment
- clarity on your purpose and boundaries to help you stay focused

🌲 What my clients say about working with me 🌲

"From coaching, I was able to identify my values [and it] helped develop my sense of self. With that, I find myself far less anxious about decision-making; I trust myself to listen to what I need and allow myself the permission to attend to it."

"The best thing I learned is how to express what I want. I felt like I wasn't in charge of my own life. And then, with coaching, I had the tools to be in charge, and to manage my emotions, and to learn more about myself."

"Ellen has the patience of your favorite teacher, the trustworthiness of your favorite therapist, and the knowledge of the best supervisor you could ever hope for, all tied into one.”
