The years-long battle between Southwest and Delta airlines over gate space at Love Field will run for a bit longer, with a trial in the case scheduled to start early next year being pushed back seven months.
U.S. District Court Judge Ed Kinkeade issued an order earlier this week moving the trial’s start date from February to at least Sept. 9. The order did not specify the reason for the delay.
