The 5,000-square-foot waterfront home in Kirkland is listed at $9 million. Last November, a Kirkland mansion sold for $15.4 million, making it the biggest sale of its kind in Kirkland history.

A Kirkland manse located in the chic West of Market area is listed for $8.9 million.

Nestled along Lake Washington, this custom home spans more than 5,000 square feet, plus 60 feet of waterfront, and has four ensuite bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The west-facing manse has stunning water views from almost every room and is ideal for entertaining.

The kitchen layout would make a chef swoon, with the highest quality appliances including Wolf and SubZero in the main kitchen, as well as a second catering kitchen and an eating nook.

An elevator rises to the serene primary suite with its spa bath, fireplace and adjoining library.

The home also includes an office, wine cellar, game room and a dock with a boatlift and outdoor shower.

The listing agents are Compass Broker Tere Foster of Team Foster and Compass Broker Mike Moghaddas.

“It’s a luxurious home with a true elegance to it. It’s one of the prettier waterfront homes on the market today,” Foster said. “They did not spare any expense when they were building this house.”
