CAP Plan and Public Hearing
The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Act and California Government Code require that the State Community Services and Development Department secure a Community Action Plan, including a comprehensive community needs assessment, from each community action agency. The intent is to identify priorities in a two-year plan that shows how agencies will deliver CSBG services.
Please find CAPSLO’s draft Community Action Plan here. If you have comments or feedback, please address them to Sally Rogow, Planning and Grants Manager at srogow@capslo.org by May 30, 2023.
The agency will also be conducting a Public Hearing to garner input from the community. It will be held on Tuesday, May 16 at 4:00 PM via Zoom at this link.
