These are:
Lease 1 – a 1,130sqft newsstand, a 1,062sqft beauty speciality store and a 744sqft gourmet market
Lease 2 – Sunglasses speciality store (313sqft)
Leave 3 – Sports apparel or candy speciality store (947sqft)
The proposed contract terms for each lease is seven years with two one-year extension options. The minimum acceptable financial offer for the initial minimum annual guarantee (MAG) is $1.1m for lease 1, $145,000 for lease 2 and $150,000 for lease 3.
An informational conference will be held on 15 November at 10am at the Aviation Museum and Library located in Internatiional Departures at SFO.
