I wrote the wrong shipping address! What do I do?

If you've accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped out so we can update the address. Please note that if corrections are not made prior to shipping, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.

How long will shipping take?

We offer varying shipping options:

● FREE shipping : ~3-7 days business days
●Upgraded Shipping: ~1-3 days business days
●International Shipping: ~3-14 business days

Why isn't my tracking information updating?

USPS tracking information for domestic orders can sometimes fail to update. However, it is rare for packages to get lost, so we recommend waiting a few extra days. For international orders, tracking updates usually stop once the package leaves the US, and local mail services can provide more information about the package's status.

Can I return my purchase?

We accept returns and are happy to offer refunds as long as the item is returned to us!
