This heartwarming, hilarious, and utterly engaging story takes place in a richly imagined contemporary world full of mythology, tradition, and yes, boatloads of lore. And then it goes back in time. Our heroine Molly is spunky, smart, and relatable. I rooted for her during every moment of her incredible journey, and I was surprised and delighted by each twist and turn. Equally as entertaining for adults as for children, this is one story you will look forward to reading to your kid night after night. Or just get it and read it yourself. Fans of Harry Potter and Percy Jackson, take note. Book 2 cannot come soon enough.
