Details

To support the identification of high-rise buildings with potentially unsafe cladding the Secretary of State has made a direction under section 3(3) of the Housing Act 2004 to all local housing authorities in England.

The direction instructs all local housing authorities to pay particular regard to cladding related issues when reviewing housing in their areas.
