Despite her royal title, Meghan Markle's past existence as a lifestyle blogger and healthy food advocate has not gone away quite yet, it's just taken on a little British tinge. The duchess' friend and former makeup artist, Daniel Martin, posted a snap of their brunch on Instagram last weekend - avocado toast and a rather attractive teapot and teacup from the Soho Home range.
Meghan is well known for her love of Soho House, the super-trendy British-based group of members' clubs, to the extent that she and Harry have been renting a cottage practically in the grounds of Soho Farmhouse, the club's Cotswolds outpost, and are reported to have hired its design director to decorate their new house, Frogmore Cottage. The blue stoneware tea service in the picture is indeed the one used in the restaurant at the Farmhouse, and is really rather affordable, with prices starting at £8, rising to £35 for the large teapot pictured above.
And it's good to know that Meghan hasn't completely abandoned her roots. The Instagram post references her as a #avocadotoast whisperer. Lucky Harry, we say.
