This is the death record of Chaim (Dawid Lejb) BLUTUCH recorded in Lublin in 1897. This information was added to the side of the record at a later date and I am interested in finding out what it might tell me.
I see his date of death is listed, his wife's name and the year 1911.
I apologize for the small print. I tried to enlarge it but lost the clarity.
