Driving with taste and sustainability expertise
Our scientists and chefs collaborated to create a high-quality poultry alternative for the customer using Radicle™ by Kerry, a unique portfolio of plant-based ingredients and solutions. We first selected clean-label and sustainable plant protein sources to match the functional, sensorial and nutritional requirements of the project brief. Then, leveraging our innovative taste expertise, we worked with the customer to develop bespoke flavour solutions with fresh, natural and authentic taste. Working together, we pioneered a plant-based product that delivered optimal taste and texture and helped the brand create a name for itself in the poultry alternative space.
