MANDATORY COVID-19 VACCINE PASSPORT and DAILY SCREENING

Until further notice, Lakehead's Mandatory Vaccination Policy continues to apply to anyone who accesses Lakehead University premises.

BEFORE YOU COME TO CAMPUS, YOU MUST:

  • Complete a daily COVID-19 screening (your screening result lasts for 24 hours); and

3 ways to fulfil these obligations:

1.    Using the Lakehead University Mobile Safety app 

2.    Using a web browser from any computer to submit your Vaccine Passport Submission or Mandatory Daily COVID-19 Self-Assessment

3.    If you do not have access to Lakehead's Mobile Safety app or a computer you must visit Security Services and complete a COVID-19 screening before proceeding to your destination on campus AND have a paper or digital copy of your vaccination status on you at all times

The return of more people to Ontario’s post-secondary campuses is being monitored by Public Health, the Ministry of Colleges and Universities, and the sector at large. Rest assured that our committee members are continuously assessing to situation and will adapt our health and safety policies in accordance with any changes to health and government authorities’ recommendations.
