As a college tutor of Office 2016: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook--I think this program is a good idea. Everyone needs to learn current computer skills, whether they are looking for a job or already have one.

How I wish the students of Higher Secondary Govt schools in India so keen to access online free resources like Khan Academy had access to computers with internet access😦😧
