We have never needed energy off a grid. The pyramids around the world are free clean energy generating plants built on the same technology as a WARDENCLIFF TOWER which can be scaled to make anything self powered with clean energy. A grid is another unnecessary tax forced on people.
Absolutely right John, Interoperability and Compliance to industry standards along with developing cyber defense, a big challenge.
Great points John, loved your comments on Edge and I know non-operational data leverage is a big part of that Stateside has also a challenge recruiting IIoT talent into utilities, vs Apple, Google and Amazon types. Great post!
