Tamara Iakiri, Vice President of Talent Experience, joined Vervint in 2011 and helped the company find game-changing talent to help grow the employee base from 50 to more than 300 employees today. In her role, she and her team are responsible for serving employees and extending Vervint’s culture – deeply caring for the company’s unique culture and the people that form it. Tamara ensures Vervint is maintaining and improving the elements that make it special and that talent is engaged, thriving, and growing.
Tamara’s career has always been focused on talent management, working at top companies in Grand Rapids, including Gordon Food Service, Herman Miller, and Amway.
Tamara earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Grand Valley State University and her MBA from Michigan State University and is married with two sons.
