RIVIERA BEACH — Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg said he has seen no evidence of voter fraud in the Nov. 6 elections, despite claims and conspiracies on the internet.

“There are a lot of allegations that could undermine the faith of the electorate. But our office has not received any credible complaints of election fraud nor has the Florida Department of Law Enforcement,’’ Aronberg told The Palm Beach Post on Saturday.

“There hasn’t been any evidence other than conspiracy videos that do not hold water. I fear that it will undermine the faith in our elections.’’

Speaking at the Palm Beach County Elections Service Center, Aronberg said he seen tweeted videos that “suggest truckloads and airplane loads of ballots being delivered to rig the election.’’

Aronberg, a Democrat, said some false allegations have been retweeted by Sen. Marco Rubio and Congressman Matt Gaetz, both Republicans.

“I’ve been watching the situation in Broward and I haven’t seen any evidence down there, either,’’ he said.

‘There has been no credible evidence of voter fraud. There have been delays and in some cases a lack of transparency and those need to be addressed. Those are procedural. But that’s not the same thing as corruption and malice and fraud.’’
