TRACK YOUR MAIL BALLOT

BallotTrax is a new service that offers Prince William County voters better access to track their mail ballot.  You must apply to receive a mail ballot in order to use BallotTrax.

If you sign up for BallotTrax online, you can receive email notifications or text updates  when your ballot is mailed to you, when your ballot is received by the Office of Elections, and the status of your ballot after it is received.

Voters on the permanent absentee list automatically get notifications for future elections once they sign up.

BallotTrax has both English and Spanish options for users.

To track your mail ballot, sign up for BallotTrax to receive email notifications or text updates when your ballot is mailed to you, when your ballot is received by the Office of Elections, and the status of your ballot after it is received. You can also view the status of your ballot via the Citizen Portal.
