The Aquatic Mentors Podcast was developed during the Covid-19 lockdowns in Victoria with the aim of brining aquatic professionals together to learn from the experiences of others while developing a united industry through support and education.
The experience and support of my mentor has led me to believe mentoring holds a key in not only developing us as aquatic professionals but also enhancing our industry.
