Starks Enrichment and Education Society's mission is to provide enrichment through encouragement of the visual and performing arts, environmental awareness, and assistance with the Starks Town Library and Fire Department, and support of the Historical Society, and "Friends of Our Fathers" groups. We seek to provide development of health and exercise programs, and such other means as generally support the education, enrichment and health of adults and children in Starks and the surrounding area.
