Transitioning Training and Development to E-Learning in response to COVID-19

I am conducting a study for my dissertation that explores the experience of transitioning a portion (or an entire) program of professional training and development from an in-person to a virtual medium, as a result of COVID-19 restrictions. I would like to interview you to understand your perspective as an organizational leader, educational leader, or training specialist.
