This survey is for all Ohio public libraries that offered a Summer Library Program / Summer Reading Program (SLP/SRP) in summer 2017, regardless of the theme used or ages served. If you represent a library system, please include the numbers/results from all your branches or locations in one survey. 

Your responses will help the State Library, cooperating state agencies, Regional Library Systems, and the Collaborative Summer Library Program to provide helpful resources and support for future SLPs/SRPs.
