A year ago our family headed into Portland, Oregon in a converted school bus. We were a few months into our mental health initiative where we held community events to teach people tools in how to end stigma surrounding mental illness and addiction.

This is Coos Bay. One of the most beautiful places our family visited during the Throwing Stigma Under the Bus tour. It was there, I began to question if my long standing generalized anxiety, was actually untreated OCD.
