Altenew Whimsical Wonder Stamps/Dies/Stencils/Embossing Folders Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Altenew is back with another release full of stunning cardmaking and crafting supplies! I’m really thrilled to join the fun and participate in this blog hop sharing a couple of cards I created.

Although all the products look fantastic, I’m especially excited about a couple in particular. This release actually includes some of my own designs!

The products I’m talking about are Bouquet of Love Stamp Set (and coordinating die) and Enchanting Vines 3D Embossing Folder.

I used these products along with a few other supplies from Altenew to create a couple of cards.

For the first card,

• I just used the Bouquet of Love Stamp Set and colored it with Altenew Watercolor Brush Markers.
• I cut it in half and placed it at the top and bottom of a card base.
• Then, I finished the card with a heartfelt sentiment at the center.

The second card is even easier.

• I stamped the same flower bouquet on top of a pattern paper from the Enjoy the Ride Scrapbook Colleciton.
• To make the white background a bit more interesting I used the Zentangle Patterns 3D Embossing Folder.
• Then placed the floral arrangement on top of it and added a sentiment.

Last but not least, I created a set of split mirrored cards.

• Again to give a bit of interest and texture to the white base I used an embossing folder. This time I went with Enchanting Vines.
• Once again I stamped a flower bouquet with the Bouquet of Love Stamp Set.
• I colored the flowers with Altenew alcohol markers.
• Then, I cut the flower piece in half and place each piece on a card base.
• I finished both cards with a lovely sentiment from an older Altenew stamp set called Fancy Greetings.
